The service offered when you are doing contract review for a repeat player that mass produces its work enough to offshore it is a very different service than the one a neighborhood lawyer is offering to someone who only signs significant contracts a few times in his or her life or is doing this for the first time in business. The former is assembly line check list stuff. The latter is high touch communication and context explanation and is a higher value service.
