The cartoon isn't about DeLay (after all, he's already indicted :-)
Keep your eye on Fitzgerald, Rove, Libby and the "unindicted co-conspirators" who are their bosses. The white house is already leaking plausible deniability stories -- Rove assured Bush he had nothing to do with it, etc. Let's see whether this generation of criminals is as willing to do the time to protect their bosses as Liddy, Haldeman, Ehrlichman, Mitchell, North, etc.
