The English textbooks there are much cheaper than the identical ones sold in the U.S. Some of them have paperback cover, making them much easier to carry around. I was amused at the fact he left it so late to write and still wrote it over 3 volumes. I also like fact that so many of the things he could change his mind on so many important (to him) issues, like switching from pacifism between the World Wars and accepting Godel's fatal argument against the completeness of his Prinicipia Mathematica.Keith Powernoreply@blogger.com
